Digital carton compression testing compressive strength test

Digital carton compression testing compressive strength test is used for compressive strength performance test of corrugated boxes, packaging containers and transport packages; the machine has statistical data processing and printing functions with the standard contains the parameters of the test, display and memory, can be directly get the statistical results of the data, which is easy to operate.

The test machine also meets the following three basic test functions:
1. Compression test
It's used to determine the ultimate compressive strength of the sample, the machine automatically records the pressure peak and the compression deformation of sample;
2. Value seting test
It can be set according to the pressure or deformation to detect the overall performance of the box and provide the necessary test data for the design and selection of the box;
3. Stacking strength test
To continue to impose a certain pressure value to the sample within a specified period of time, which is used to determine the pressure of durability of the sample in the simulated packaging storage, according to the relevant standards, such stacking test can be under 12 hours, 24 hours and other conditions.
Note: Depending on the size of the corrugated boxes, packaging containers or transport packages, users can choose this testing machine that combined into different sizes and different pressure range to meet more needs.
